Event Planning

Renewal Conference Centre's on-site project management team can provide as much or as little technical support as you need.

We have many years' experience in event organisation and are here to make your event as straightforward and stress-free as we know it can be.

We understand that the secret of a fantastic event is in the detail - and can assist with everything from concept and theme, through to logistics, entertainment and catering.

Catering

As well as coffee, tea and biscuits, we can provide a wide variety of catering options for your event - from plated 'working lunches', to large buffets, to silver-served dinners.

Our catering kitchens are onsite and we can accommodate most dietary requirements and will work with you to develop the right menu for your event.

Entertainment

When you're planning a corporate event, you need to make sure that your messages are communicated and objectives achieved. But when the hard day's work is done, your delegates deserve something a bit special to round off a great day.

Organising the entertainment can often be a challenge - particularly with a diverse audience range.

We have a wealth of contacts and experience of entertainers, musicians, actors, circus performers, impressionists and comedians...and a few more genres that you might not expect.

We can provide you with a wide range of options to suit your event, and even provide demo's and showreels to help you decide.

Parking

We have extensive free parking facilities available on-site - with extended free parking facilities adjacent to the site.

Immediately to the front of the building we have a number of marked disabled spaces - and full wheelchair access to all areas of the building.

All delegate areas are on the ground floor - facilitating load in of any equipment. There is ample space for lorries and trucks immediately in front of the double width entrance doors.
